I wouldn't say that. Electronics are still considered hazardous when disposed of. Common scary items are tantalum, germanium, gallium, arsenic ... all kinds of non-lead hazards.

Point taken but lead was more ubiquitous with leaded gas from years back and can still get zapped if one ingests dirt from around an old dwelling.
In fact folks had higher levels if they lived next to busy roads. Aviation fuel for piston motors is still leaded for those that have to run it. Thing there is flying
is so pricey that general aviation contributes little to the overal load. Kurt
