Altus Metrum releases AltOS 1.5

Bdale and I have finished up AltOS 1.5 and released it today. It's got a bunch of fixes that anyone flying TeleMega or EasyMega will want to get, along with some more hacks to make installing on Windows easier.

Downloaded today and installed on Windows 7 & 8.1 with no problems. Like the Altos Droid improvements.

The issues loading 1.4.x to my Windows 8.1 machine have been resolved. Locked and loaded, up and running.
