The Radical Rocketeers will be holding their next monthly launch Saturday September 13th, from 9am to 4pm at our home field in Great Meadows, NJ. The range will be open to low, mid and high power flights, with an FAA waiver in effect to 5000 feet.

We will also be hosting the Open Skies 2014 NAR contest on this date. A list of contest events and more info can be found on our website at https://www.radrocketeers.org.

We are located just minutes from I-80 exit 19 in northwestern NJ, near Hackettstown. That's about 20 minutes from the Delaware Water Gap for those coming from PA. See our website at https://www.radrocketeers.org for more info and directions to the field.

Our home vendor, Heavenly Hobbies, will be at this launch ready to service your low, mid and high power needs.

I am hoping to fly, but the USPS hasn't delivered my Loki motors yet. Perhaps I will have to grab a DMS from HH.

I will be there! Got a combo of two CTI 24mm G127 Red Lightning's and an H180 Skidmark for my 5.5'' skeeter. Should be a cool effect!

I'll be there. Gonna take a little step back from high power this month, and do some more low/mid power. Should be a fun launch if the weather holds!

I'd like to go, but worried about the weather - right now looks like rain on Sat, like last time. Unfortunately the drive for me sucks (GW Bridge, ugggggh), so I might pay more attention to the weather this time...

Wunderground says the rain is in the evening.

I feel you, though, about the GWB. I work in Leonia, and when the GWB backs up, my commute suffers.

Just a heads up to everyone- the launch was moved to Sunday in hopes of better weather
Jose will still be there, looks like a much better day for flying!
