Need some help here, please! 
I'm trying to set up a Spektrum DX6 (Gen 2) radio control to activate one of the pyro channels on a Transolve TripleFire board.
I talked with a young man from Horizon Hobbies tech support, and he was able to program two of the six channels (four are set aside as unchangeable defaults -- Throttle, Aileron, Elevator, and Rudder). So that means I have only two channels (Gear and Aux1) I can assign to specific switches on the remote. That boils down to the the "test tone" beeper and pyro channel 1.
We're using the remote control as a backup deployment method for the parachute on "Return to Snake River's" X-2 Skycycle, so we absolutely need it to be dependable.
Has anybody worked with this kind of setup before, and am I stuck with only being able to use two of the six channels to activate specific events? Please advise, and thanks in advance.
