Pour into wet motor as directed. Hmm... baking soda or the like? something that creates pressure through gas when wetted.
 
It's baking soda. It was called the "oxidizer" if memory serves that was mixed with acetic acid to power the plastic rockets back when I was a kid. I think the rocket may have been called an alpha something. I still have my 2 stage and single stage versions with launch pads somewhere. Will have to find them, and launch them!
