Just a quick couple of questions prior to NARAM
- Loaded up a couple of motors this weekend then didn't get to launch them. I am assuming I can "unload" all the bits into a ziploc bag, clearly labeled, then reuse at a later date. Any reason not to do this? Goo on the o-rings is a problem?
- Flying with rocket motor casings: Unloading because I want to bring my casings with me to NARAM. Not that I have that many. Has anyone brought RMS components on an airline? I'm talking about only the casings - no propellant, no ignitors, not even assembly lube. Just the metal bits. I just don't want to find out at the airport that the TSA has decided to disallow these sorts of things. Any tips or thoughts would be appreciated. Checked luggage vs carry-on?
