Balsa Maching lists a BT55-BT60 centering ring. That would only require minimal alteration.
Doesn't QUEST sell them?
Qualman has them.

Estes used to sell Centering ring sets BT-5 to BT-60 Not sure if they are still available. I got a lifetime supply some time ago.
Actually, I haven't made those. But, I can easily, since as T-Rex mentions, they would require only a minimal alteration.
