I've been using this inexpensive electric scissors by Skil for cutting raw carbon cloth and bagging materials. I've seen a few threads on here about Olfa cutters and such but I like these because I work with large pieces of material and don't want to spend $400 on a cutting mat the size of my 6 ft x 12 ft composites table.
