I need some advice for a build

I know this has been discussed on here before, but I am wanting to build a clone of the Centuri Sky Cycle. I have ordered the Snake Jumper goonie from Semroc, but I want to also build one like the original too.

I found an old thread on here by scigs30 and the parts listed were:
Semroc Fins CR-CE-2150
1 Plastic Nose Cone PNC-132 (I will substitute the Semroc BC-1327)
1 Body Tube ST-13 7"L
1 Body Tube ST-5 1.5"L
1 Launch Lug LL-1 1.25"L
1 Launch Lug LL-3 3"L
1 Thrust Ring TR-5 Fits ST-5
1 Engine Lock 1.75"L For Mini Motor
1 Chute Pack CP-12 12" Blu/Wht
1 Shock Cord SC-18 1/8" x 27"L Rubber
1 Fiber Sheet 4.25"W 11"L .050"T Die Cut

I know the plans used to be available from JimZ and the decals through Excelsior?

Has anyone else here built one? Does this list seem correct? Is there anything else I need to know or do?

Any help would be appreciated.

As it is a Semroc kit (or was, at least), you should be able to contact semroc and see if you are missing anything.

I started there and I've exchanged a few emails with them. They don't have a parts list for the Skycycle. I sent them the listed parts and they just said I would have to place an order. I was wanting to make sure this was correct before I did so.
