I am a 12th class student in India.I had built and launched a solid propellant rocket (KNO3, C11H22O11, S),I made its body with 0.4 inch thick strong PVC (which turned on to be a bad idea), and I had planned to make a grain of core burner with one circular hole. But I couldn't make a perfect hole throught the fuel , I didn't even know how big the hole had to be made. It was too heavy. I will soon upload the video on YOUTUBE. Please suggest me with some ideas or better way of building the rocket , mainly the body material, and about sticking the fins to the rocket body. I have planned to make a new rocket with ammonium perchlorate. Please also advice about the fuel ratio....... THANK YOU .

We do not discuss the formulation of propellants in the public forums. You were told this in your thread in the propulsion forum. Please read our Rules and Guidelines.
