Shock Cords w/ Presewn Loops

Actually they really are nice. I especially liked the nylon ones with the kevlar sleeve, which I flew on a couple of rockets this weekend.

Great seeing you again at Red Glare and meeting your wife! I proudly flew your Kevlar shock cords and decal on my Cert flight and subsequent second flight!

We MUST take advantage of the weather when it's favorable for a particular flight.............
Tomorrow the sky is forecast to be beautifully clear,,,,, with very light breezes..............

Jimmy, Jeff Davenport and I had a conversation about a load,,,,
The Aerotech J 180,,,,,,,, I thought it was a white load because it is such a long burn time........
I was wrong and I had one in my garage !!!! How funny is that.......lol

Jeff was right,,,,, it's a Blue Thunder load,,,,,
I know Blue Thunder to be one of Aerotech's fastest burning propellents ?????
Maybe when I build it,, I'll find it to be a moon burner or an end burner ?????

The Green Hornet is flying beautifully now ( The initial problems were in fact the altimeter )....
I am truly looking forward to this flight,,,,,,,,,,

315 Ns 1/3 of a second after ignition.........
6.5 to 1 thrust to weight for the first 1.25 or 1.5 seconds,,, then thrust drops from there..........
4.5 second burn time............
2800 Ft. predicted.....................

Insanely cool flight parameters.........

I gotta say this.

Last time out I use new One Bad Hawk Harnesses on two of my rockets..

All recovered PERFECT. well all but one.. but that had nothing to do with the chutes LOL (total Schread)

Of course 3 rockets I had old nylon cords on... SEPARATION..

So its time to upgrade all my old rockets harnesses... Ted. you will be making them for me!

On the 3/4" Tubular Nylon,,,
I was going to remove the option for 30 Fters in that material because
in the size rocket it is appropriate for it can become a bit much to pack...
I honestly love the material,,, wait till you see the harness,,,
but 30 Ft. is very long....
How big is the rocket ??
Do you want me to make them 25 Fters instead....
I'm just concerned about how much room you have to pack them in the payload bay...
I'm going to get the other together...
I'll be back...

then filled the order as it read,,closed it up and shipped it...

I'd like to know what you think of them, particularly the 11/32" Tubular Kevlar...

Got my 3rd and 4th harnesses from Teddy this week, very nice as were the first 2 I bought. I got the 7/16 tubular Kevlar and a 9/16 tubular nylon w/sleeve. The Kevlar harness is compact enough to fit in a smaller rocket but has great strength. I wanted something a little stronger than the flat 1/2 Kevlar for my Eagle Claw which is looking to go well over 15 lbs. ready to fly. The nylon harness with sleeve looks like a good choice for a budget conscious build. Thanks Teddy, great service once again!
