Does anyone know how you place the jumpers on an ARTS2 for single battery use? The manual refers to a jumper, however there are four pins. Does this mean two jumpers and if so what is the orientation?

The 4 pins were for firmware programming. There should be a 2 pin header in which the jumper is either on or off.
If it doesn't have the 2 pin header than it is most likely an ARTS1.
