This is interesting - solar powered rocket?

I saw this today and immediate thought...humm... glued to the body of a rocket this could be a great? Energy source for charging and keeping a small LI battery topped off practically indefinitely?

Interesting... thoughts? Overkill? Sure. Cool, Yes!

What else might we do with it? This just might makeit into my next V2 scale project.

I think that would be a great idea to try and implement into a rocket.

You could rig it with a small camera hidden in a model that's suspended in a theft prone area to keep an eye on who's there, and what they're up to. No wires giving it away as long as the camera is able to transmit the images to a receiver.
