5 Gulps every morning to chase down my vitamins from a 1/2 gallon jug. Just before that 2nd cup of Joe. My morning is on it's way. BTW, I spike mine with Tobasco for that endorphin factor. Besides, I like a fresh HOT splash in my mouth in the AM!!!
