I asked the same question about a month ago.
Deb replied: "
To log in, your membership number is your username and your password is: tra**** where “tra” is lowercase and **** is your 4 digit MVC found on the back of your membership card."
Worked for me.

IIRC the memberships update for the website over the weekend. So, you might have to wait a couple of days. I had my card in hand and had to wait around 10 days due to the holidays. If you are geting an invalid member number that is probably the cause.
