Anti-Zipper harness or stock?

Hey all, as some of you may have seen I'm going to be building my second ever rocket in the next few months, a Tomahawk D Region.

I'm not experienced at all yet, and will be building it mostly stock but I want to add a few modifications that will make this rocket really something to be proud of.

If you can link to any D Region build threads as well that would be great, although Rocketry Planet is down for some reason so can't access the ones on there.

Oh THAT shock cord harness. Yeah - doesn't look too hard. I thought about using it for my level 1 cert rocket, but ended up not doing it. I still want to at some point.
