As you know Tony Scott of Top Gun Fame took his life yesterday due to brain cancer.

William Windom, Best friend of William Shatner, also passed, He was 88.

Scott Mackenzie, who wrote San Francisco, and Kokomo pass also. He was 73.

My 92 year old grandmother used to pass the time each day studying the obituaries... Be careful... Law of Attraction you know... :wink:
 
Oh, man. I loved "The Doomsday Machine". :(

I'm going to be with Jesse Colin Young on Saturday - I imagine he'll have something to say about Scott McKenzie's passing.
 
Saw William Windom perform live during a rehersal of his one man show based on the works of James Thurber. This was back in 1976 and performed for the local thespian groups, mostly High School students. As an Actor/Storyteller, he was beyond fantastic.

Commodore Decker, may you rest easy, but not too much in peace. May you continue to inspire the actors and storytellers of today as well as all of the tomorrows yet to come.
