That is a good price seeing as the motor is the rocket... a complete package.

I would have to agree. I'd love to have it, but I have no where to fly it. I am sure our club would have an issue with a rocket that is mostly metal. I do not blame them.

Ah, missed that part. I chuckled a little, I guess.

That is one heck of a price for that motor. And I imagine that the person who buys it will know how to acquire propellant for it.

it really is a lot lower than i'da thunk it.... wierd to see it just pop up ebay without hitting the national lists first!
150 for the casting sets is dirt cheap too...

This Pet needs an EX owner in Arizona or Nevada....Ask Mark Clark if he would give you some orange Day-Glo tracking chaulk for old time's sake.

It was once said that the more tracking powder Frank had on his shirt...the more motors he would sell.

I'm sure by now Braden's father is ready to kill him..from his nagging.

Tempting but I will be a world away. I don't think it will make it to Kuwait.

Tell ya what. I'm feeling generous.

You buy it, have it shipped here. I'll take good care of it.

Can the sellers provide grain dimensions? Length of cast grains..Liner size and any inhibitor and grain case bonding info if any?
Was this a personal Frank project? or did he have co-conspirators?

That information shouldn't be to hard to engineer out of it if you get propellant length. I'd say the grains were probably glued into the liner.

    A counter bid!
One hour left and there are at least two people bidding on it.
I REALLY hope a fellow TRF member bids and wins it.

This is the second or third time this has been up there, same price. I really would love to have it. It's a piece of history, and Kosdon history at that. I believe this had a similar grain configuration to the legendary O10,000.

I'm glad someone bought it, and I hope they intend to fly it!
