Wow. Like I said, unthinkable in Minnesota. The only serious threat they have up here is Culver's.

I've seen pasturized cookie dough available for sale, intended to be eaten raw... Seems enough people like eating it raw for it to be commercially viable...

You can heat the eggs in melted chocolate or butter before adding then to the batter to make the cookie dough safe from the eggs ... but then you'll have to watch out for the flour!
