For sales is my 1 year old Raven II altimeter. It has flown only once in June 2011 (for my L2 certification). The beeper was not working when I recovered the rocket but I was able to download the flight profile to my laptop. I don't know if this was a case of infant mortality or because some moisture got into the avbay and affected the beeper. Last year I sent it back to Adrian at Featherweight for repair. Adrian confirmed that the only problem was the beeper (everything else works as it should). It came back repaired but stopped beeping when I installed it back in my Avbay.
Adrian said it was not cost effective to repair it again so I bought a new one. Since this altimeter still functions as it should in every other respect including the LED's, I'm offering it for sale for $75.00 plus $5.00 Priority Mail. Comes in original box with instructions. Perhaps one of you are good at repairing surface mount PCBs or want to use it for it's flight profile recording ability? (Or if you are REALLY brave, use it by arming it using only the LEDs!)
