actually cool today, <80 degrees, started out cloudy and rainy, sun came out this afternoon, calm to very light wind. Took my son, 5 YO, out with me to fly. Went really well, flew 5 different rockets, 9 total flights, only one mishap. Flew my patriot, first flight, on a D12-3...no where near enough delay, shreaded the chute. Yeah, i know, what was i thinking? I knew that was a bad choice for it, but shot it anyway. Got it back in one piece, came down fast but still had 3 lines on the chute, landed in grass, no damage. need to order some other engines for that one.

Took a picture before the flight just in case.

Also flew my red max, always a great flier, Quest Alpha (another great flier), kids estes goldstreak and hijynx. Fun times.
