looking at some of the kit instructions on the web and really overworking my memory, we had to cut our own back in the day.... well the smaller straight sided ones anyway...

Laser cut is nice, but I don't see it as a necessity unless they are thick, or complex. After reading some of the posts, I need to rethink my choice of blades however..

the Zooch kits I have purchased are actually a LOT of fun to build!! His instructions are filled with one liners that just crack you up and he includes a one page summary of the rocket to give you a sense for what role the rocket you built played. try one and I bet you would enjoy it and at $20 to $25 you can't go wrong. they fly great too! I am up to 32 flights on my BAR Zooch Saturn 1b ASTP, ol Reliable.... steady as a rock!
