    It looks like you have the source code (which is used to build OpenRocket) unzipped there, not the compiled jarfile.

    You want OpenRocket-12.03.jar from the Sourceforge "Download now" link.

    You may have opened the .jar file in an archive manager. Get the Java runtime and run the .jar with that.

    Make sure you have the latest Java installed then just double-click the OpenRocket file.

    Ah, yes, it looks like that's more likely the case. The source has a build.xml in the root, while the jar has the property file build.properties.
