These are the coolest (real) space photos ever! I agree with the article; "The images, which look straight out of 2001: A Space Odyssey". The first pic is now my desktop background!

In the first pic, what is on the earth? I think there are city lights, which look like orangish lines. And there's white looking clouds - are these thunderstorms, with lightening?

Check out the horizon - I think I can see sunsets along with all the different colors of the atmosphere.
