    I got a small zipper in the Vagabond XL during its first flight. I fixed it with waxed paper, tape, and epoxy.

    trim monokote in white will cover many repairs...you'll want to get the self adhesive type.

    Why not just get some gloss white brush paint and touch up the repair?

    I decided to switch out the paracord for 1/2" flat nylon webbing. Hopefully it won't be as zipper prone. I should have been a proctologist...
