Thumbs up Kudos to BMS--A Class Act!

    Hi everyone,

I wanted to publicly recognize Bill at BMS for outstanding customer service.

I recently placed an order for some kevlar and centering rings that I need. It was shipped promptly but he made a typo in the address. These things happen, no big deal. The typo is actually a common one, and unfortuantely has always resulted in lost/never received shipments over the several years I have lived at my current address, so I assumed the order was a goner and contacted Bill.

He immediately replaced the shipment, no questions asked. His prompt handling based on my word that the shipment was likely lost deserves a thumbs up all by itself.

However, much to my surprise, both shipments arrived promptly.

Since it was stuff that will get used up in time I decided sending back the extras was silly so I offered to pay for the extra product. Since the confusion originated with his typo, Bill wouldn't accept full price and suggested we split the difference.

Bill and his operation are a class act and put the customer first. Kudos to you, Bill!

    Sincerely,

    Marc

I've done several AT preorders from him for HPR. Also at least 5 normal parts orders. Never had an issue. BTW - the 'School Rocket' was easily the best made, dirt cheap rocket for fast building. Even pre-slotted tubes for balsa TTW! Tough not the get the fins on straight!

I love balsa machining. I had a large order, a few 3in tubes and larger parts. Enough to be shipped in a pretty large box. The shipping was only about $6! I'll be ordering again soon!
