Received an unscheduled package in the US Mail today - can only figure it's from my Secret Santa as I don't remember ordering anything from Apogee recently. I've set it aside for opening after I get thru the Fourth of July madness I'm also involved with. Helping with a Big legal display planned for Independence Eve from the rooftop of the City and County Building of Denver across from the State Capitol.

[Jeff Foxworthy voice] Well, looky here you have a package![/Jeff Foxworthy voice]..Come home tonight and see a SEMROC box at my front door! AND with a big sticker saying TRF Secret Santa in July...I wonder whatever it could be?[looking innocent pretending as to having no knowledge in what could be contained in box]

    Thank you SS!

You too? I am real excited and want to open my Llama. Not quite happy with where I think I will have to stick the motor, but its gonna be one fast flying Llama.

    Hmmmm...
You should have kept the box and let the Llama return home.
This will be interesting to see anyway.

jeez... you werent supposed to open it.

That fur is gonna cause some serious drag issues, and by the look on the face, check that the motor hasnt already been inserted.

"Secret Santa & Elf" sent me a fine selection of tweezers (locking and caffeinated) and sanding sticks. The enclosed note warns of keeping these out of reach of the Delivery Llama for fear of a mani/pedi.

I tried staying up, but failed in that attempt. Woke up this morning like a kid on Christmas. Separated the dog and new kitten (freshly ex-feral - we're still trying to get him socialized). Finally got to open the box from Semroc that has been mocking me for a couple of weeks, and what to my wondering eyes should appear?

A Mini-Optima and a Firefly!!!! Thanks Secret Santa!!

The Mini-Optima has been on my need-to-get-list for a looooong time, and I really like the small two stage rockets. I'm gonna have fun. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

Sweet! I'm stoked to build this kit, AND it came with a motor! Thanks a bunch. I've needed a good smaller kit for some time now
