I suppose 49 degrees might qualify as a warm day to someone that lives a stones throw from Canada. You might classify our 62 degree day as balmy.

That's funny - It's 65 here and I switched to shorts and opened up the house!

It's sunny here also....FINALLY! It's a crying shame I have nowhere close by to launch a few or somebody to launch em with. I have a bunch that need their maiden flights.

I don't have any where to launch anymore. I mean sure, I could poot a few up at the school field but I'd be limited to really small motors...1/2 & A, and I really don't wanna pack up all my gear just for those. What I want to launch requires some D's & E's. Guess I'll just wait for the Freedom launch.

    No, that's summertime.

50 degrees here today; it's lovely to see those numbers again. But every field is either a quagmire or is submerged today. Weather is good for flying; field conditions are not.

I launch on the local school's athletic fields. No one has ever interfered with or questioned my use of them, but that would like change if I ventured out into them when they were so soft and fragile.

Ah! the Magnum did well. Excellent!
Plays with wood, cardboard, and carpenters glue at home.

L1 will have to wait until 2013. Oh well.......patience is a lost virtue any-ways...

Well then...bless you're hearts up in the chill zone. I'm a 70 degree man but that's a given for around here. I did take advantage of the low humidity today and hit the Bonestell Lander with a coat of white this afternoon. If the increased temp tomorrow don't hit us with too much humidity, I hope to get the 2nd coat on.

Yeah, I would have been out painting rockets too if the temp was 62 degrees. I don't do anything to create the seasonal temps that I get any more than you do anything to create yours. We all adapt to the local climate where we live. I didn't always live here, but I have been here for quite awhile now.

Nice rockets. Hopefully I'll be out launching a few in a couple of weeks. I noticed that the dog didn't get muddy. Doen't he get to go with to the launch?
