Up, Up, and AW.....oh crap it's coming back
I'm fluent in 3 languages: English, Sarcasm and Profanity.
Main assembly is complete. All I need to do is glue in the fore most ring to keep the laundry where it belongs and attach the parachute and swivel. Here's a picture of it painted, but I''m still working on finding better pictures for markings. I accidentally made the "wire guides" too long; they should've stopped about an inch or so short of the nosecone.

The Launch Pad kits always seem a little intimidating at first, but the results of their builds are always fantastic. I really like how your build has come along, the Hawk looks great!!

Not just TLP but most scale kits are what you make of them. Very few come super detailed to begin with. To me, it's the builder. As daddyisabar and Paul (and others) can attest to. It's what you decide to put into them (or not depending on your level of skill and desire).
I am willing to put in a moderate amount of effort, but not super detailing. Mostly because I am one of those that care the rocket looks good once. Then I let entropy take its course.
Were I with funds,I'd be scooping up some Rocketarium scale rounds. At BT60 they are a nice scale and some interesting topics off the beaten path (like some TLP rounds).
