Yes it's 2 of the big BT 80 white plastic nose cones that fit diameter 2.6, exactly the same as the one that comes on the Estes Phoenix.
No, there is no clay weights inside or with them, just the cones.
They've been hanging around my garage for awhile so although I scrubbed them mighty clean and they will paint up perfectly, they have a little discoloration on both.
Yes, even though I haven't posted pics, these actually exist and are ready to ship. If there is no possible way you can convince yourself that this entire post isn't just a figment of your imagination without actual pictures showing these cones existing here on our planet, then I can get out my cell phone, find a room with proper lighting, take the pics, connect the phone to my laptop, download the photos and post them here just for you, no problem, really!
Ok, that's a bit over the top but I had to say it, I already have the pics and will post them soon ha!
