Launch Rail dimensions
Does anyone know how wide the channel is on a 1" rail? I have a ton of AGAM aluminum extrusion with a .335 width channel. I have it in all kinds of lengths and widths and shapes. The rail buttons fit inside but kind of loose. are they supposed to be loose? I have never seen an actual rail for rockets.

I mesured and checked AGAM website. The channel with is 5/16 or 8.5 mm or .335 inches..do the large rail buttons work with this?

well it isn't immediatly obvious but the name comes from the fact that it measures 1.0" x 1.0"(which gets shortened down to 1010), and the larger size is 1.5" x 1.5"...(1515 rail). it took me a good bit before I caught on to this bit of rocketry terminology too.
