    Aerotech kosdon trm

Anyone know which kosdon reloads are still being made by aerotech?

It only looks like the 38 and 54 casings with only one reload each.

However, I've been told by at least 2 vendors that aerotech still has 29mm reloads for 29/150 and 250 cases.

    Just curious which is correct.

AFAIK, AT still makes the G82W and G135R for the 29/150 Kosdon motor and the H130W and H225R loads for the 29/250 Kosdon motor.

Check out Wildman's website under motors....it lists all KBA reloads that Aerotech makes for the AMW/Kosdon hardware...

The other loads for the "Kosdon" only hardware are the 54/1400 K700 Fast and the 38/640 J520 Fast.....

That's one of the few motors that scares me.

It also comes with a poor quality liner. Cracks and burns through on every one I've seen. Same with most of the KBA loads.

That problem has been addressed. I have never heard, nor seen anything wrong with anything besides the M3500 (aside from Crazy Jim's L2300 Cato)

Correct, the issues with the M3500 have been addressed. Gary tried a cheaper liner, and after several case blisters, reverted back to original liner design. I burned one at Freedom Launch, case was fine but yes the liner came out burned and cracked. Awesome motor!!

How is the liner different? Got pictures?

All the ones I've seen are thin and brittle spiral phenolic. It's just a matter of luck that the case doesn't get blistered when the liner is burned and cracked.

My guess is it's partly a fit problem... expands, cracks, then flow causes heat transfer. Maybe gluing in the grains and/or greasing the liner would help. You have two coming, so why not?
