Wow, this was my second rocketry purchase many years ago. Used to launch my first rocket the TiE Fighter. This eagle didn't get off the pad as I followed the instructions & the glue melted the styrene pods, would not stay attached to the fuselege.

Anyway reacquiring a few classics , would like a Klingon Battle Cruiser to go with my Enterprise, let me know when you are ready for an offer.

Yikes don't dump it! Whatever is left donate to a scout troop or a middle school or something. They'll love it! Plus you can write it off! Everybody wins!

While I'd like to have the Space 1999 kit, it's right after Christmas so it's out of budget. I would like to make a suggestion about all of the older kits including that one and that's if you get one these older OOP kits consider going the Moldin' Oldies route and contact Sirius about cloning the plastic parts. We have done that on a couple of kits, either for parts or decals and now they're available to everyone. All you do is send them the parts, they clone them and return the originals to you. Decals only need to be scanned and emailed.

It would help Sirius broaden their line up and make older kits available for cloning to those who can't pay Ebay prices.

I'm in the same boat as Verna, and probably many others.. No $$$$ right now.
I would love to have most of the collection, but business is slow so I only have about $40 disposable right now.

Same with Scott at K&S, he has posted some killer deals. I want 'em, just don't have the dollars.

I can appreciate your position though. If they are in the way, they are in the way. As Highpower said, donate them. Even your local Goodwill or Disabled Vets place would probably take them and you can write them off.

I'd pay shipping for anything anyone wants to send to my middle school for next year's class, although realistically, they are only able to build skill level 1 rockets that can fly on A motors.

Your other thread has 4 models on my personal wish list, but Christmas took a chunk out of my pocket book, and I now have 3 kits from Christmas and my birthday still waiting to be built, plus the one I'm building with my class for their final project this year. It's just bad timing for me.
