    Registration now open!

Head to www.nsl2012.org for the details. Registration is open, T-shirt design is finalized and shirts can be pre-ordered while you register. Not attending but you want a shirt? Can do (but you won't get it until early June!), no problem.

Be sure to sign up for a hotel soon as rooms are hard to get around here on holiday weekends. Hotel details are on the website.

Coming soon to the site- featured projects, who's attending, and special events. We will be coordinating with Performance Hobbies for NSL only specials and limited edition kits.

    See you soon!

While I already grabbed mine. The Crest Hill Motor Inn in Avon is the steal of the century. I think the rooms are like $55. It is a bit tired, thought he folks are pleasant, everything is clean, and it's only about 15 minutes to the field. Plus there is a nice dinner right across the street.

    Hagburgers........c'mon Memorial Day weekend!

    OK, so I gotta know.

What's up with the T-Shirt logo?

It's not exactly the kind of thing I associate with upstate NY.

A dark night in a city that knows how to keep its secrets. But high above the quiet streets on the twelfth floor of the Acme Building, one man is still trying to find the answers to life's persistent questions. Guy Noir, Private Eye.

The world might end this year-- even here in sunny upstate NY!
We decided to be dramatic about it.

    Western New York food rant

These Western New Yorkers are always modest about their Regional food.
The area around Buffalo,Rochester and Niagra Falls has a lot of family restaurant/walk-up places with several locations owned by cousins and family. They treat you right.
You have to look for them or ask someone.

    Try these...

    Zweigles WHITE HOTS!
They are an uncured unsmoked Hot Dog made from Pork,Beef, and Veal.No coloring they are white... They are also addictive.
Ask for their "Hot Sauce"..which is actually a meat sauce..but trust me on this one.

    Beef on Weck..
The Weck is The "Kummelweck roll" which has that taste combo of Kosher salt and carraway seeds on top.
It should have tender slightly Rare Roast beef with Au Jus..Horse Radish.
Lots of Pizza joints with heavy Pie..

Buffalo Wings...You're on your own here but there is a birth place in Buffalo to find.
    Sorry for semi-Hi-Jacking this thread.
OK..Now I have drool on my keyboard..
