Looks like another fun kit. How much weight did you need to add to the nose cone. I heard PR has a few other new kits to come out soon. Its a great time of the year for us in the Midwest to buy some new kits. The long winter will be here soon.
Thanks
GP

Not usually a fan of the "stubbies", but that thing is SWEET!
Did you do any substantial mods from the basic instructions?
What motor have you decided on for the first flight?

Very Nice, looks like one to add, not that I need more!

Cost?

GP: Haven't done the nose weight calculation yet as I'm still in the process of making it DD, All of that DD gear chute, shock cords and electronics will be in the NC so once that's done I'll do the math.

JP: No mods other than the DD set up I'm adding. Tentative motor for its 1st flight I'm thinking a CTI L851WH at Red Glare 11.

Don: Yeah I'm with you.... Yet I keep building LOL. Cost is 199.00

just 199? ow ow ow (slight twisting of arm) okay okay i will buy one:roll:

hmm 76mm M:dark::D:dark:

Make sure you post some pictures on the DD set up. I think it would fly nice on 4-5 grain 54mm reloads. When will Wildman have them for sale. I hope by MWP-9
Thanks
GP

Great looking rocket Gary!

Looks like just the thing for the 2|3 grain 75mm. Looking forward to seeing your flight and DD setup.

I'll be ordering one just as soon as I paint my 'little' Gizmo.

Hey Gary,
What, no decal included??? :D

Fred

"Can this thing eat M motors? "

Heck, the regular Gizmo can eat an M motor.
Here's mine on an 98mm monograin Finocyl M-1000 at NXRS.

This sounds like a great rocket to try a 6" monograin Finocyl O motor!!!
Gotta get one!

M's no problem, You'll just have too plan ahead for that before you start your build.

Fred:
Mine can fit the 75/6000 case as well, I have a 4" G12 BT running all the way to the NC tip, Thats where my main is going, Has enough room for the main and to let the motor slide right up into it.

Pretty much the same plan for the extension into the nose cone. However, I plan on using a ARD release for dual deploy---haven't decided where I want the payload bay or altimeter/s selection yet.

LOVE IT! just bought the smaller one at LDRS !!! Cant wait to get it built so I can buy the BIG ONE!!!

Tim,

great price, just one question.

at 199. im guessing the aeropac retainer is extra?

found a sim file for these. ran a 76-6000 loki M2550 in it.

9423 ft agl at 1.2 mach 0.56 stability margin.

i was wondering since this is such a stubby rocket is a 1.2 margin too much

and at a bada** introductory price of $199!

Man I wish I could get one of those...christmas is soon, right?

don't forget to become a fan of WildMan on facebook!
