Apogee sells this on their site for around $45

Does any company sell one that is capable of launching composite motors?

Are there any build plans for one?

Why not use it to control a relay and use a regular 12 volt battery to do the ignition... leave the battery and relay with connections at the pad with the base unit of this thing supplying power to energize the relay.

Cheap and simple... you can get auto relays at auto supplies for like $8.

Later! OL JR :)

RocketManDan - did you pay close attention to the video at the link you provided?

The FlashPak WILL work with Quest igniters, E-Matches, and the NEW Estes Sonic Igniters coming out later this year. These will fire a composite motor.

If you want to light a Copperhead -you will need to build your own system or modify an existing system like the FlashPak.
