    Maxi Alpha 3

My son build a Maxi Alpha 3 a week ago, today it flew. He flew is on a D12-3 and E9-4, both perfect flights. I think he's proud of it. Other than replacing the underwear shock cord, it's built stock and flew great.

My son was more interested in where we were going to eat after we flew than the building and flying part of the hobby.

We had a couple of those at Rolling Thunder last weekend and both flew well - one several times - in spite of the winds.

I was really close, near perfect. Great flight on the E9.

Try an E30. I guarantee you'll like it.

The DD won't fly hers on anything else now.

I have two other MA3's that I fly on reloads all the time. They fly great, but they are filled and painted. The build stock one flys much better on the D12/E9's because it weighs less.
