Dog House Rocketry now has Delrin Standoffs for 1010, 1515 and Unistrut buttons to provide clearance for oversize nose cones or to just create distance between your nice paint job and the rails. The 1010 Standoff provides 1/2" clearance and the 1515 & Unistrut provide 3/4" clearance. The Unistrut Standoff is contoured to fit 6"-7.5" body tubes. These standoffs provide a long base to better distribute the loads. Check out our website for more information.

I used Dog House Rocketry stand off for my PML MR-1 build. Worked great.
