If you go to the right camera location and look in the right direction, you can get a great view of their V-2 specimen. They even turned the lights on for these pictures (the display halls were half dark the last time I was there) so they show a lot of the exterior features of the missile.
Of course, you may get side-tracked by all the airplane porn that you have to wade through to get to the V-2.....
Edit: go to the World War II building, click on the middle button of the three on the left-hand side, when the view opens turn to the right a bit. Don't forget that there are viewing controls for zooming in and moving up & down too.
