Thank-you for posting that plan. Here in the U.S. we do not have access to 10mm or 10.5 mm motors, and must rely on 13mm motors.

this is a czech site that includes plans for FAI models

this is a small company that is just restarting their business, they will be offering a 40mm FAI style building package similar to what USA contestants would use, I do not know if he will ship overseas.

They manufacture vacuum-formed nosecones, and have links to much information. They did at one time manufacture 10.5mm motors, but no longer do. I believe they ship kits etc. overseas. They do not ship engines due to the complex issues.
