Why does it do that to the Youtube link when I paste it between the tags? It doesn't look like that in the preview, it happens when I actually post it.

A YouTube tag, without any additional stuff, looks like this:

The relevant portion is after the "v=" -- it's that gibberish. In this case, "6lQKFExTscM". That gibberish (Video ID, basically) is what you past inside the YouTube tags.
