Hey all,
We're kind of new to rocketry. My dad has been teaching us the family business (video production) and one thing lead to another and...
Well, we launched a rocket inside our living room. Here's the video we made:

I hope your insurance agent will never see that video...

Nor my agent....

Interesting way to ruin a rug.

This could have been an interesting contestant for a Darwin award.

I'm all for pushing limits, but frankly this gives rocketry a bad name.

Unfathomably STUPID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Administrators please consider removing this post.
I would like to think this forum about competent rocketeers having fun and trying to improve skills.

ObFoxTrot...

That said, the vid looks staged to me. There's NO WAY a house with
two kids that age is that clean! :)

I think the biggest juvenile deliquent in the family never appears in the video. Here's a suggestion for the next lesson in video production why not make a video underwater by throwing the cameras into a swimming pool or lake. Bet that would be fun too. Is your father Richard Heene?

Well boys.... you've done it!!!!

Broken every safety rule I can think of for rocketry.

As good at filming dad is, it's a shame to waste his skills on such penny ante antics.

He should try his hand at filming real hobby rocket launches. With all those cameras I bet he could do bang up job!

If I would have done that when I was a kid my dad would have whipped me but GOOD. They are obviously are not worried about consequences from their idiot parents. Spoiled BRATS is all I can say.

Inappropriate, unsafe, and a violation of everything related to our hobby.

Thread closed.
