I realized today that the forum didn't allow uploading of data files from Featherweight Altimeters (Parrot, Raven, etc). So, FIPa is now an allowed extension.

I tried to config my new Raven recently on FIP, and I am not sure I had it just right. Does anyone have a file for posting as an example of a simple dual deployment setup?
Lots of options--just need to learn how to correctly use them all!

You can download the FIP from here:
http://www.featherweightaltimeters.com/FIP.php and play with the data views.
Hmmm... I was going to upload a couple of my favorite files, but they were originally created as text files (due to using the original Raven), and they're about 1.2 MB each.
Instead, here's a file from the sustainer of my unsuccessful 3-stage attempt at BALLS last year.
Update: Cool, with the FIP installed, you can open up the file straight into the FIP just by clicking on it. Nice.

A simple setup I recommend is the default setup. You can reload it by pushing the "Reset Change..." button and click "no" in the dialog box that asks "Do you wish to lose any changes above and re-read the current configuration from the Raven," then click "Yes" when it asks you if you want to re-load the original factory configuration.
Hmm... Seems like there should be a more intuitive way to get there... I'll ask Kevin Small (creator of the FIP) about that.
