    I got one!

I just scored an X-Celerator--so there. I cannot believe that 1 hour and 20 minutes into the sale--they still have some. Now, 2 hours. I wish I could afford to buy two more for my sons. I just noticed it has 3 centering rings--talk about value! It is now 4 hours into the sale, and they still have more--I cannot believe it--they only had a total of 20 at this price. In my humble opinion this has to be one of greatest rocket values ever. Possibly the world has ended--and only I am left alive--I should check--if it has--that will hurt Tim's sales on Saturday.

I had to get one of the Xcelerator also. My wife asked me what was I buying at midnight. Fortunately this time of year I can get a way with saying its a surprise.

Actually all 20 X-Celerator's were sold out just after 30 minutes past midnight.
We decided to let customers back order them (for a little while) as we did not expect them to go quite that quick. However there are a few Formula 54's left, so if interested get them while the getting is good.

    Thank You

Not familiar with Rocketry Warehouse, until this sale.

Out of curiosity, what type of airframe do the "av bay covers" fit? Is there a lip so that part of it recesses into a coupler? Any o-ring groove?

They fit Performance Rocketry tubing (others may fit).
Yes they are stepped to fit in the rim of the coupler
There is no need for O-rings, when tightened down.

I will put a drawing up here for you.
We are working on the website to have more info and more drawings.

I got one of the Formula 54 kits, even with being banned from buying anymore kits from the Mrs., I couldn't pass up that super deal, picked up a 24" chute for a great deal too, and a couple of other things. Thanks for the sale! Can't wait to get started building.

Brilliant! Just remember--on Christmas, she will be looking for a surprise--go to the 99 cent store--and pick up a surprise gift. Remember, it's the thought that counts. I like marshmallows.

Very nice! I'm thinking I need a few pairs of these.

What's the price difference if I wanted something custom made -- basically taking one with U-bolt holes and adding two extra 1/4" holes to it.

    1) Are there holes provided to pass wiring through or is that a DIY thing with these?

    2) On the two through holes - what is the center to center dimension? They look to be 1/4" dia on the picture, is that correct?

    3) Could we get the information as to what manufacturer the plates, as listed, are designed for?

4)The availability of semi custom is implied. Will that cost substantially more or have a marked lead time?

Those end caps are very attractive and perhaps a bit more technical meat on the description would be very helpful. I know if I wanted to buy some (and I do). I'd like to have that data for planning purposes ahead of time.

If you get the cannisters, they hole goes through the bottom of the cannister.

    2) On the two through holes - what is the center to center dimension? They look to be 1/4" dia on the picture, is that correct? Yes. They take a 1/4 inch eye bolt.

    3) Could we get the information as to what manufacturer the plates, as listed, are designed for? The are designed for the PR Mongoose. Aluminum. Very strong.
