    Vostok-1

    The 12th of April 2011 will be the 50th anniversary of Gagarin's flight.
    It'll be a good reason to do something special. Vostok-1 appeals to me very much.


    However, I can't find a model of exactly that paint schema. The only one I've come across is this one:



    Does any one come across a card stock model of the "correct" rocket?

    That white paint scheme is really frost courtesy of the liquid oxygen tanks.

    That is correct but there are cardstock models out there that have the "frost" paint scheme. Let me check my bookmarks and see I can find one.
