Density of FFFFg BP?
Does anyone have an approximate density for the black powder we use in our recovery systems? I have some BP canisters for which I can calculate the internal volume, and I need to estimate how many grams of BP each one holds.

It's very close to 1.0 g/cc.

You're right. This morning I found some density figures in grains per cubic inch at this web site (http://www.tbullock.com/bpsg.html), and GOEX FFFFg calculates out to 0.93 grams per cubic centimeter.
And it turns out I don't need to calculate the volume of my canisters, they're marked in cc's on the side. Near as I can tell they're 3 cc canisters. Probably centrifuge vials originally.
