KBA tips for M3500 and L2300

I have purchase Kosdon by Aerotech M3500 and L2300 motors and I am concerned about case blisters or things like that. Any tips on these hot motors?

I have flown several M3500 loads. Turn the smoke grain upside down or otherwise inhibit ignition. That 30 second burn is what blisters cases.

I have flown three L2300's with no issues, except a weak airframe or two.

Flew an L2300G in April, no blisters or any other issues.

75/7600 loads were blistering not 54 IIRC. That full diameter smoke the likely culprit
I try to make sure it doesn't light.
