Eggtimer and Eggfinder updates on a MacBook

I need to flash update some of my products. I know someone had a simple file system that would flash update Eggtimer products. Can someone help me out?

Pretty sure you can not do it on Mac. Had to take my LCD to work to update.

See this post for the method I still use, has worked on my LCDs and TRSs.

It was pointed out that my link above broke in the move to the new forum software. The fixed link is here. This was specifically for the AVR-style devices (I use it on my Eggfinder LCD and Eggtimer TRS, but it should work for the original Eggtimer as well). For the newer ESP-style devices like the Eggtimer Quantum the update flow is completely different, but I also have a Mac solution for that, link is here.
