The theme of the Raffle is to promote the Formula 38 Drag Race for our upcoming OktoberFest event. Any G-Motor, with winning condition pulled out of jar right before launch. Could be, first or last on the ground, closest or furthest from pad, last one in the air, first or last off the rail (photo determined) etc..
