Noticed an Empire Rocket kit elsewhere for sale that looked kind of interesting - it was the Sabot -
Has anybody here ever build or seen one ?? Looking for some dimensions .

Never seen one. I guess you could scale the thing up or down from its 2D picture. If you wanted to run two 24mm's side by side a 54mm ID tube would work. You could do many things. Centering rings and run 38. Or even run a 54mm motor and don't use centering rings depending on how you want to scratch it. Fin dimensions might be a tad short on span from picture.

That's a new one to me, I like the design though.

A little searching on Rocket Reviews shows they offered a Phoenix, 1/24 Bomarc, and Nike Ajax in addition to the Sabot. The Nike Ajax had a nicely turned interstage section, hopefully someone has a Rocsim or OR file to share for this rocket as the company seems to have disappeared in the last 10 or so years.

I have/had two of their kits. A Nike Ajax and a Nike Hercules

I built the Ajax in 2010 and got a few flights out of it before I lost it (rod whip sent it horizontal to never-never land)
The Hercules is still in my build pile....

Thanks for the replies- I knew the name sounded familiar, now I remember why
I spoke with the person buying the kit and asked for some pics and details, Would be a cool looking rocket to scratch.

The Launch Pad kits began long before, and have far outlasted, Empire.

They have had their ups and downs but the kits are truly unique. Outstanding, very light weight designs of a huge array of missiles. Hard to believe they have 50 kits in production. Challenging and fun to build.

The Launch Pad and it's website is up for sale. Their kits have been out of production for quite a while. Vendors haven't been able to get resupplies for several months. I was sorry to see another rocket kit manufacturer bite the dust. I have almost all of their kits.

Update: Uncle Mike's over on the YORF thread verifies that there was no connection between Empire and TLP. Operated out of New York state, closed down after a short time due to owing people for kits and money. I stand corrected.
